What is Autofruze?
Autofruze is a car rental service provider. We provide an online booking facility that will enable you to place your bookings with ease; you simply have to login your details like date, time of your flight etc, and you can pay once you have taken the ride. For other services also, just give us a call or fill details by visiting our website.

What are the current locations that you operate in?
We are currently operational in Mumbai, and have aggressive plans of expansion. However, we provide services for all out station and tourist places.

How do I make a reservation with you?
You can place your reservation with us either by calling us, emailing us or making an online booking yourself.

Do I need to pay the entire amount during booking?
No, that is not necessary; you always have the option to pay the entire amount after use – no upfront payment!!

What are the different modes of payment that you support?
We accept all major credit & debit cards. We also accept cash cards and cash. You can pay once you have utilized our service.

Do I need to register with you for making a reservation?
No, you can book with us without registering. However registering with us gives you many benefits – refer to the registration page for the same.

Are there any other charges applicable apart from the details mentioned on the website?
The prices mentioned on the website are purely for your car rental needs. These do not include parking, toll or permit charges. If applicable, you can pay these directly at the respective counters.

What happens after I place a reservation with Autofurze?
Post your reservation with us, you will get confirmation emails & SMS to your mobile number. Car & driver details to your trip will be communicated to you before your trip start time. You can reach out to customer service if you have any questions.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
You will get confirmation emails & SMS about your booking from us. If you are registered user, you can track the status of your booking online too.

Can I modify my booking after placing the reservation with you?
Yes, you certainly can. You can do so by calling to customer service or if you are a registered user, you can modify bookings online too.
